Dr. Samantha 'Sam' Werth serves as Executive Director of the U.S. Roundtable for Sustainable Beef (USRSB). In this role, Sam focuses is on building collaborative partnerships to support USRSB's sustainability goals and initiative and supporting members on their sustainability efforts. Sam is a native of California, and completed her undergraduate, master's and doctoral studies at the University of California, Davis. Her graduate studies centered around ruminant nutrition and sustainable beef production. Sam is passionate about leveraging science-based information to support advances in sustainable beef production.
