James Clement is a multi-generational rancher and AgTech executive working at the intersection of livestock production, land stewardship, and technology. He serves as Senior Vice President of Grass & Rangeland at EarthOptics, where he leads strategy and partnerships focused on soil measurement, ecosystem markets, and data-driven decision-making across millions of acres of working lands.
James serves on the boards of Ranchbot, Beggs Cattle Company, and Frontiers Market, and holds leadership roles across industry and conservation organizations including TSCRA, AQHA, and the King Ranch Institute, and more. James has served as an infantry officer in the Marines since 2008, currently in the reserves.
