With a background in Agronomy and Animal Science, Enrique has experience spanning international commerce and export, data science for business, and financial business plan evaluation. His expertise includes corporate tax law, swine production, and feedstock processing, along with importing swine breeding stock to Mexico. He has led initiatives in digitalizing specialized pet food logistics, developing international collaboration networks, and analyzing biodigester wastewater for quality improvement. Additionally, he has worked on implementing wastewater processing plants for swine production units and contributed to the SDG Voluntary Report for the Mexican Agrifood Network.
