Brad Johnson is the CEO of Verde Farms, the leading U.S. provider of USDA certified organic, 100% grass-fed, and 100% free-range beef. A passion for cleaner, high-quality proteins and family farming runs deep in Brad's blood. Growing up on a family farm near Longmont, Colorado, he raised both cattle and market lambs, and actively participated in 4H and FFA through high school, showing his market lambs at the county and state fair. Brad has completed continuing education coursework through Texas A&M's AgriLife Extension program and is a true veteran in the consumer packaged goods space. He has held senior-level operations and marketing roles at renowned brands such as Frito-Lay, The Hershey Company, and MillerCoors, and has served as a strategy consultant with McKinsey & Company. Starting in 2024, he is now a member of the board of directors for the Meat Institute.
