Working groups take the producer’s challenges into biosecurity, flock monitoring, labor, nutrition, genetics, and supply-chain coordination, testing how big each problem is, whether solutions perform consistently across farms and facilities, and whether they prevent enough loss to justify system-wide adoption. The aim is a clear case for the pilots, commercial models, and investments worth advancing.
